We are temporarily closed due to a system change and will resume regular services on October 14, 2023.
Changes you will notice as of October 14, 2023 are:
- The login, profile, and appointment scheduling pages in the system will look different.
- Beginning October 14, 2023, you may visit our website www.ustraveldocs.com to find the new login page. You may use your existing email ID to sign up and recreate your profile/account in the new system.
- Applicants with confirmed appointments may proceed with the appointments as scheduled. However, you must also sign up and recreate your account/profile in the new system after October 14, 2023.
- Applicants who have already created a profile and paid the visa fee but have not scheduled an appointment should sign up and recreate their profile/account in the new system and proceed with appointment scheduling. You do not need to pay a new visa fee if you have a valid payment receipt to schedule your appointment.
- If you created your profile and have paid your fee before October 14, 2023, but have not associated your payment to your profile, please ensure you log in to your profile and claim your receipt by entering the payment receipt number and payment date into the new system.
- The Call Centre is temporarily closed due to a system change and will resume regular services on October 16, 2023. You may call or email us on or after October 14, 2023 for assistance.

시스템 변경으로 현재 이 사이트는 사용이 가능하지 않습니다. 2023년 10월14일부터 정상적으로 운영됩니다.
2023년 10월14일부터 변경되는 사항은 아래와 같습니다.
- 로그인, 계정, 예약 페이지가 달라집니다.
- 10월 14일부터 www.ustraveldocs.com 사이트에서 새로운 로그인 페이지를 확인하실 수 있습니다. 사용하시던 이메일 주소로 새 시스템에 계정을 생성하실 수 있습니다.
- 이미 예약을 완료하신 신청자는 예약된 일정에 인터뷰에 참석하시면 됩니다. 그러나 10월 14일 이후에 새로운 시스템에 계정을 생성하셔야 합니다.
- 계정을 생성하고, 비자신청 수수료(MRV fee)는 지불하였으나, 예약은 완료하지 않으신 경우 새로운 시스템에 계정을 생성하여 예약을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다. 이미 사용가능한 비자신청 수수료가 있는 경우 새롭게 비자신청 수수료를 납부하실 필요는 없습니다.
- 10월 14일 이전에 비자신청 수수료를 납부하였으나 계정에 등록하지 않으신 경우, 새 시스템에 계정을 생성하시고 영수증 번호와 납부일자를 입력해 주십시오.
- 콜센터는 시스템 변경으로 인해 운영되지 않으며 10월 16일부터 정상 운영합니다. 10월 14일 이후에 이메일을 보내시거나 10월 16일에 콜센터로 문의해 보시기 바랍니다.

비자 수수료 납부 및 인터뷰 예약 등의 절차는 새로운 홈페이지에서 가능하므로 기존 홈페이지는 확인해본 결과 로그인도 되지 않습니다.
